Most of my clients choose to work with me through Go Together, my six-month unlimited coaching program. The extended format gives us time to build trust, stay close to what matters most, and make meaningful progress toward your well-being and success.

Go Together is a safe and comforting space for you to share and get perspective on what’s going on in your life without fear of being judged, misunderstood, or pressured. You will be seen, heard, and understood by a professional listener who is not personally attached to the decisions you’re making. As I get to know you and your unique situation, it’s easier for me to spot something that doesn’t sound quite right and to work through it with you. Think of it as a regular sanity check, pressure relief valve, and confidence infusion.
Details & Pricing
Sessions consist of 45-minute one-on-one meetings held through video conference. You prepay for unlimited coaching sessions in 6-month increments; our focus will be on your goals and growth, not on invoicing or nickel-and-diming.

Session Packages
Four and six session packages are available for clients who have specific goals they want to work through, but have a shorter time frame in mind.
Individual, 45 minute coaching sessions with Theresa Sullivan. Sessions need to be used within 6 months of package purchase.
