Our purpose is to guide educated professionals who feel unfulfilled, burned out or restless in their careers to create purposeful work that makes them feel good about who they are and what they do in the world, everyday.
We Can Help...
If you need a career change, or want to improve your work situation, we can help. We run two individualized, structured workshops that are designed to help our clients understand what fuels their personal passions and how to make changes which honor those truths.
I am a Certified Life Coach and hold a bachelors degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA and an MS from Northwestern University. I spent 15 years of my professional life in executive sales and relationship management, but I had more to offer the world than I could give in a full time sales career, so I trained with Martha Beck to become a life coach and career advisor. I founded Wayfinder Advisors to help others escape passionless careers in 2012 and have been serving my life purpose ever since.
That purpose is helping people reach their highest potential through becoming the most authentic versions of themselves. My favorite way to do this is through facilitating group workshops for well educated professionals that teach them practical tools they can use on their own every day to enhance their lives as well as foster a supportive community of like minded professionals that will help fuel their journey.
I’ve written several articles on LinkedIn that might be of value to you in finding out more about our practice and philosophy.

I am a Certified Life Coach with a lifelong passion for helping people get clear about what matters most.
Before becoming a coach, I was the manager of the Obstetrical Clinic at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, the largest military hospital in the world. I also pursued my passion as a wedding photographer and was recommended in the Washingtonian Magazine 17 years in a row. Though my careers may seem somewhat unrelated, they have a very common thread — each has allowed me to help people get clear when fear and confusion cloud their ability to see what they truly want.
To quote Deepak Chopra, “Today I will factor in uncertainty as an essential ingredient of my experience. In my willingness to accept uncertainty, solutions will spontaneously emerge. Through the wisdom of uncertainty, I will find my security.”
